PLACING YOUR ORDER:

Please note that our claypot rice requires at least 25 minutes to be ready.

Waiting times during peak hours may be up to 1 hour.

Placing your order is simple. You just need to state the following:

• Is it for dine-in or take-away?
• Number of diners?                                                                                                                               (You may want to reduce this number if your group consists of many young children. In this case, let us know the actual number of adults and young children, and we can advise you.)
• Your surname or name

We will tell you the next available time slot.

If you intend to arrive later, please ask us for a later time slot.

We always aim to serve your claypot rice straight from the stove to ensure optimal taste, so timing is crucial.

Order of 'zhi cha' dishes can be done when you arrive if you are dining in. Do come 5 to 10 minutes earlier than the time allocated for your claypot rice so that all the dishes can be served together.
