A signature dish, our claypot rice is cooked to order in an earthen pot, laden with a myriad of ingredients including well marinated chicken pieces, Chinese sausages, waxed pork and bits of fragrant salted fish. The best lup cheong (Chinese pork sausage) and lun cheong (duck liver sausage) available in the market are used in our claypot rice, bringing a special aroma and taste to the dish.
Please note that our claypot rice needs at least 25 minutes to prepare from scratch. Do call early to order.

A long-time favourite, this dish uses home-made tofu which is prepared fresh daily. Fried together with fresh prawns and topped with a delicious thick sauce, this simple homely dish is loved by people of all generations.

Another long-time favourite, this unique dish consists of duck braised for a few hours with lotus root slices. Served with a tasty sauce, the pieces of meat will melt in your mouth. Some customers come specially just to have this dish.
Deep-fried till the skin is golden brown, then drizzled with a slightly salty oyster sauce. Though the fish had been deep-fried, you will find that the meat inside is still tender and not oily. A nice combination of crispy skin, tender meat and slight saltiness.
Another option is to have Hong Kong Style Steamed Live Soon Hock (港蒸游水顺殻鱼), this healthier alternative is equally popular among customers.

Soft chewy chunks of meat which are not tough at all because of the way the meat is carefully prepared. Crispy outside and tender inside, each piece is coated with a special sauce fragrant enough to make you hungry.

A paste consisting of fresh prawns, minced pork and water chestnut is wrapped in beancurd skin and fried perfectly to create this delicious and appetising dish. Served with sour plum sauce.

Prepared without using any MSG, our delicious soups are a great way to start off your meal. Comes in one size that is big enough to share between 2 to 4 people. Soups available include lotus root soup, watercress soup, old cucumber soup and cai gan soup.
Cai gan soup is a Cantonese style soup. Cai gan (菜干) is actually dried bai cai (白菜). In Singapore, this soup is usually sold only in restaurants.
Only 1 soup is available each day. Enquire in store about the soup of the day.

Bite past the crunchy exterior for the tasty meat inside, and a tinge of spicyness will slowly envelope your taste buds. A must try!
For those who prefer non-spicy food, you can request for us to leave out the chilli padi.

In cooking this dish, fish maw, sea cucumber and scallops are braised for a long time, resulting in richly flavoured, chewy, and easy to swallow pieces.
The seafood used contains no cholesterol, so it is okay to eat more of this dish. This makes it a favourite among the older customers. Definitely a value-for-money dish.
Quickly stir-fried using high heat, the french beans are well-cooked yet still retains the crunchiness. Add in some shrimps and it becomes a vegetable dish many customers love.

This dish consists of sotong paste sandwiched between 2 layers of chicken skin and fried till golden and crispy. Many people may not be familiar with this dish because it had lost popularity over the years. Mainly because most places use commercially prepared sotong paste. However, we prepare our sotong paste from scratch using fresh sotong, resulting in springy fragrant sotong meat when cooked. Best consumed in-store, served with a BBQ sauce.

Have you ever tried prawns fried with fruits? Many customers have tried and love this interesting dish, especially the ladies. Big and fresh prawns are fried with pieces of healthy apples and pineapples so that you can savour the textures of springy seafood and crunchy fruit together.
