Claypot Rice
瓦煲饭
A signature dish, our claypot rice is cooked to order in an earthen pot, laden with a myriad of ingredients including well marinated chicken pieces, Chinese sausages, waxed pork and bits of fragrant salted fish. The best lup cheong (Chinese pork sausage) and lun cheong (duck liver sausage) available in the market are used in our claypot rice, bringing a special aroma and taste to the dish. Please note that our claypot rice needs at least 25 minutes to prepare from scratch. Do call early to order.

Another long-time favourite, this unique dish consists of duck braised for a few hours with lotus root slices. Served with a tasty sauce, the pieces of meat will melt in your mouth. Some customers come specially just to have this dish.
Fish Maw and Sea Cucumber Claypot
鱼鰾海参煲
In cooking this dish, fish maw, sea cucumber and scallops are braised for a long time, resulting in richly flavoured, chewy, and easy to swallow pieces. The seafood used contains no cholesterol, so it is okay to eat more of this dish. This makes it a favourite among the older customers. Definitely a value-for-money dish.
Stir-fried French Beans with Shrimps

Quickly stir-fried using high heat, the french beans are well-cooked yet still retains the crunchiness. Add in some shrimps and it becomes a vegetable dish many customers love

A paste consisting of fresh prawns, minced pork and water chestnut is wrapped in beancurd skin and fried perfectly to create this delicious and appetising dish. Served with sour plum sauce.
